How long does it take?
Each piece is made to order in 3–5 business days, then ships from the USA in 2–5 business days. Every product page shows the estimated delivery dates for an order placed today.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 9 for standard Christmas delivery. The exact dates for today's order are on every product page.
Can I send it straight to her?
Yes. Enter her name and address as the shipping address at checkout.
Can I change the words on the card?
Each card is written for one relationship and printed exactly as you read it. Choose the edition whose words fit her best. If none feels quite right, write to us and tell us about her.
Which box should I choose?
The Standard Box is a classic white gift box, ready to give. The Luxury Box is a mahogany-style keepsake box for a bigger reveal. You'll see both, with their prices, when you choose her necklace.
What if something isn't right?
Email staciny.official@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake it at no cost. Every piece is made to order, so we don't accept returns for a change of mind. Read our Refund & Remake policy.
